Congratulations to our Spring City Artist Randall Lake for winning the 2008 Plein Air Competition with his painting titled 'Spring City Feilds'. Second Place was George Handrahan and third place went to Osral Allred. We had a outstanding Plein Air event with 42 painters and almost p0 surfaces being painted, exhibited and sold!
